Dr. Sam is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
He obtained his medical degree in Sri Lanka in 1998.
He has extensive clinical experience both in Hospital and General Practice settings.He has worked in General Surgery Internal Medicine, Transfusion Medicine, Rural and Remote Health and Urological surgery in the hospital setting.
He has research interests in Urology and has publications for his name.
Dr. Sam brings in a wealth of General Practice experience spanning over 22 years.He has worked in the rural Northern Territory of Australia and also in Metropolitan Melbourne.
His special interests are Chronic disease, Paediatrics, Urology, Skin Cancer, Minor surgery and Men’s health.
He has a very friendly and approachable disposition.

Dr. Thushari Weerakoon
GENERAL PRACTITIONER (MBBS FRACGP)
Dr Thushari Weerakoon earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from the University of Sri Jayawardenapura, Sri Lanka, in 2001. Following her graduation, she dedicated a decade serving as a medical officer in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Unit, oncosurgery and as a medical officer in-charge of a rural hospital in Sri Lanka.
After migrating to Australia 2013, she has been thriving as a General Practitioner, providing comprehensive healthcare services to her patients. Her dedication and expertise were recognised when she achieved fellowship status with The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2016.
Dr Thushari’s professional focus spans a wide spectrum of general practice, and she is particularly passionate about several areas, including Women’s health, IUCD insertion, Implanon insertion and removal, Family planning advice, Cervical smears, Pre conception care, Antenatal care, Postnatal care, Child and adolescent health, Chronic disease management, surgical procedures, Wedge resection, Iron infusion and Emergency Medicine. Beyond her medical pursuits, Dr Weerakoon is a person of diverse interests. She has an avid passion for Cricket, and cherishes quality time spent with her family.
